  There is a poor continuity of service on offer at this surgery, every time I made an appointment I was asked to see a different Doctor. I requested that the GP was familiar with my Medical history, however he was not, he even asked me to make my own arrangements for a hospital operation!! even though the hospital letter asked me to speak to my GP about it. The level of service available is only OK if you have a simple medical condition which can be fitted into a ten minute appointment slot.
